It's a multi-configuration carry that converts between eight wear styles — leg bag, hip bag, crossbody, backpack, and more — handcrafted from water-resistant waxed canvas that develops a lived-in patina over time. Dropping the flap gives you fast open-top access straight into the main compartments, so what you need is one motion away.

Engineered weight distribution. The curved base and strap system are mathematically calculated to keep a balanced load. Modeled after a koala's tree-hugging body, Black Ops spreads weight to reduce stress points and sits flush against you — helps reduce bounce on the bike and shifting on the trail. The utility and design are patented by Ukoala's founder, a civil engineer with an interior-design background who built each bag to work like a multifunctional home for your things.
