Products and pricing

Every Ukoala bag is handcrafted, so slight variations in color, grain, and stitching are normal and part of the character of the product. We do our best to display colors and details accurately, but your screen may render them differently. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit order quantities.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, and we may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if a pricing error occurred. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will issue a full refund.
