Free shipping over $150

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $150. For orders under $150, a flat standard shipping rate is calculated at checkout. Expedited options are available if you need your bag sooner.

Handcrafted lead times

Every Ukoala bag is cut and sewn by hand after you order — we don't mass-produce inventory. Please allow 3–5 business daysfor your bag to be crafted and quality-checked before it ships. During launches or limited runs, lead times may extend slightly; if so, we'll note it on the product page.

Transit times

• Standard (U.S.): 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Expedited (U.S.): 2–3 business days after dispatch.
• International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

International orders

We ship worldwide. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included at checkout. Please check your country's regulations before ordering.
